Insurance Lapse Inquiry Service
Insurance Lapse Inquiry requests are to be submitted by the registrant of the vehicle only. This service is for individuals or commercial customers who may or may not have an insurance lapse violation on record for their vehicle. This service is to determine the details of the insurance lapse and pay any fees on the customers behalf. It does not include contacting your insurance company, disputing the insurance lapse, or filing of insurance in force.
Required documents:
- Drivers license image or proof of incorporation if for a company
- Full Vehicle Identification Number
- License plate number
- Registration Card Image
- Insurance Card Image
- Any documents received from the DMV regarding the lapse or suspension
