Furthermore, you also agree to pay the registration fee, which may be less or more than what was quoted. You also certify that you and no one else is filling out this form, and that the license provided, title, and any other pertinent documents not covered by the aforementioned are true. Any false or fraudulent statement on this application is illegal and constitutes fraud and is punishable with both civil and criminal penalties. You also understand that we are NOT the DMV but a DMV service and charge a convenience fee for our service. By clicking the "Submit" button, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. There is $150 base fee for all transactions. You also acknowledge that DMVSTOP in no way warrants the paperwork you submit to us for this type of application. We submit the documents as you provide and do not guarantee any results. Additionally, you also agree that DMVSTOP in no way guarantees delivery of your plates, registration document or any other documents for a transaction that you solicited through our website. We use a third party shipping carrier, FedEx, to provide on time and traceable shipments and do our best to communicate with you on confirmed shipping addresses. None of our shipments are sent with signature requirements unless specifically requested and such a request must be approved. You also understand that the item will be shipped to you using the shipping speed you selected at check out to the address you provided. Transit time for deliveries will reduce the time you have available to use your temporary plate document so faster shipping speeds are always encouraged. In the event your item is lost in transit, DMVSTOP reserves the right to charge you once again for the service in full depending on the circumstances. Some transactions cannot be resubmitted and will require alternative means to resolve. DMVSTOP does not nor does it warrant the delivery services offered by FedEx or any of its subsidiaries or contractors. We do not guarantee delivery of any items. Once FedEx is in possession of your shipment they and they alone are responsible for its delivery to the address you provided at checkout. You further agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide Skip the Trip LLC. instructions via this website, or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature (hereafter referred to as "E-Signature"), acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and Skip the Trip LLC. You also represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all persons who own or are authorized to access any of your accounts and that such persons will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You further agree that each use of your E-Signature in obtaining Skip the Trip LLC. services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Skip the Trip LLC. Valid and current email address, notification and updates: Your current valid email address is required in order for you to obtain Skip the Trip Online services. You agree to keep Skip the Trip LLC. informed of any changes in your email address. Skip the Trip LLC. may notify you through email when an Electronic Communication or updated agreement pertaining to Skip the Trip LLC. Online is available. C. Hardware, software and operating system. You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer, browser and software. Skip the Trip LLC. is not responsible for errors or failures from any malfunction of your computer, browser or software. Skip the Trip LLC. is also not responsible for computer viruses or related problems associated with use of an online system. The following are the minimum hardware, software and operating system requirements necessary to Skip the Trip Online and receive Electronic Communications: Processor - IBM compatible Pentium PC running Windows 2000 Memory - 4MB RAM Disc Space - 50 MB's Free Space Monitor - 800 x 600 resolutions Browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher Internet access - 28.8 modem or better D. Controlling Agreement. This Agreement supplements and modifies other agreements that you may have with Skip the Trip LLC. To the extent that this agreement and another agreement contain conflicting provisions, the provisions in this agreement will control (with the exception of provisions in another agreement for an electronic service which provisions specify the necessary hardware, software and operating system, in which such other provision controls). All other obligations of the parties remain subject to the terms and conditions of any other agreement.
